This is a free 60-minute live workshop to help you get clarity on your unique combination of values.

We spend far too much time trying to meet other people’s expectations at work, in relationships, and in life. This session gives you space to pause, reflect, and come home to yourself. Together, we will explore what truly makes your heart sing, what gives meaning to your efforts, and why certain struggles are worth it.

Before the workshop, you will receive a Values Worksheet to print or open on screen. No preparation is required, simply bring the worksheet, your favourite refreshment, and an open mind.

This is a live small-group session with limited places to keep it cozy. The more you feel comfortable joining in, whether by turning your camera on, asking questions, or sharing reflections, the more meaningful the experience will be for everyone.
