Hi, I'm Helen
I'm a certified coach, and while I'm proud to be one, it's not necessary if your goal is to improve the performance of others through coaching conversations. What is necessary is a solid understanding and time to practice the core coaching skills.
In my view, nothing is more important for business performance than improving our daily interactions. Who doesn't want to walk away from a conversation feeling clearer about priorities, in no doubt of what's expected, and fully enrolled and respected in the process? The question is, how often does this actually happen?
If you want to create that kind of experience with team mates, your boss or clients, come join me on Coaching@work programme.
